Presale start 2021/22

Advance ticket sales for performances in August and September in the 2021/22 season will begin on 17 August 2021. As seating will be based on the course of the pandemic and associated regulations, the start of advance ticket sales for subsequent months will be announced separately.

Pre-ordered tickets will be reserved for you for a maximum of 14 days. Please collect the reserved tickets from the theatre box office within this period or pay for them in advance by bank transfer. We will gladly send you the paid tickets up to 7 days before the performance for a fee of 2,50 €. Tickets that have not been collected will be returned to the open sale after the reservation period has expired.

Return/exchange of purchased tickets
Please note that a return or exchange of printed tickets is unfortunately not possible. In the event of a performance being cancelled due to strike or force majeure, no replacement will be provided.

Box office / at the door

Ticket collection

The box office opens on event days one hour before the performance at the respective venue. For performances of the Junge Oper (Youth Opera) and concerts in the opera foyer, the box office opens 30 minutes before the performance begins.

At the box office you will only receive tickets for the respective event. Reserved tickets are held for you until 30 minutes before the performance begins, after which the reservations are cancelled.
