Parking at theatre rates

If you arrive by car to the evening performances in the opera house, theatre (Schauspielhaus) / studio, we recommend the underground car park "Tiefgarage am Stadttheater". You can park there from 90 minutes before the start of the evening performance at the theatre rate of € 4.00. You can pay the flat rate directly after entering the car park to avoid the long waiting times after the end of the performance.

The underground car park at the Stadttheater is open Mondays – Thursdays and Sundays and public holidays until midnight, as well as Fridays and Saturdays until 1 a.m.

Alternatively, you can use the Hansaplatz underground car park (the theatre tariff does not apply here).  Here you can park near the theatre at a reduced price night rate of 2.00 € from 7 p. m. onwards. This car park is open all day.

Further information, as well as the current opening hours of the car parks can be found at: www.dopark.de
