Guest Dancers for Ballett Dortmund – Season 2024/2025

Audition Date Sunday, 17. March 2024, 11 am, Ballettzentrum Westfalen, Florianstraße 2, 44139 Dortmund 

Artistic Director Xin Peng Wang is looking for

  • female guest dancers for his productions La Bayadère (world premiere, choreography by Xin Peng Wang) and Swan Lake (revival, choreography by Xin Peng Wang) with Ballett Dortmund. 

Contract period Guest contract for Season 2024/2025 

Rehearsal periods 02. September 2024 - 29. November 2024 

Performances 24 performances from 01. November 2024 - end of June 2025

Requirements

  • strong classical dance technique

NRW Juniorballett – Season 2024/25

The deadline for the audition for NRW Juniorballett is over!

Date Sunday, 18. February 2024, 11 am, Ballettzentrum Westfalen, Florianstraße 2, 44139 Dortmund 

Artistic Director of Ballett Dortmund Xin Peng Wang is looking for

  • six female and five male dancers for NRW Juniorballett

The young company of Ballett Dortmund consists of 12 dancers from all over the world and will celebrate its 10-years-jubilee in the upcoming season 2024/25. 

Requirements

  • strong classical and contemporary dance technique 
  • age between 18 and 20 years 
  • height female dancers between 1,65 and 1,73 
  • minimum height male dancers: 1,75
